I'm interested in everything

What better profession for a person who is annoyingly curious than ghostwriting and book coaching. With thirty years as a professional writer, I remain fascinated by what fascinates others. I love nothing more than to meet a person who's in love with what they do and help them get what they know onto the page. So both reader and author can reach new heights.

My writing career began in Washington, D.C. in the publications department of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, where I edited books on nonprofit board governance.

From D.C., I headed south, first to Tennessee and later North Carolina. I opened my own writing business in 1990, which opened my world over the next few decades to writing in a wide variety of media for major manufacturers, corporations, educational institutions, and nonprofits.

When a few clients requested my help in writing their books, I found my true calling—ghostwriting. So I earned a professional designation in ghostwriting from California State University, Long Beach, and I haven't looked back.

In addition to my work as a ghostwriter and book coach, I've authored and promoted two books under my own name: Community Action At Work: TAP's Thirty-Year War on Poverty and The Real Dope On Dealing With An Addict.

But enough about me. I want to talk about you, your ideas, and your book. Contact me at beth@bethbrand.com. Let's get started.
